Hyatt Hotels hotel brand, announced plans to open its first hotel in Thailand. Hotel Park Hyatt Bangkok plan to build in the central business district of Bangkok on the corner of Ploenchit and Wireless. It will become part of the luxury shopping center Central Embassy, which was designed world authority in the field of architecture by Amanda Levet, who worked on the project of the famous department store Selfridges in Birmingham. The building will have a spiral shape, tapering to the top.
The hotel offers its guests 222 rooms, including 49 suites, several restaurants with different cuisines of the world, spa, gym and meeting rooms, a bar on the roof of the building, which will offer stunning views of Bangkok nightlife. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2014.
