The notion of comfort for many is inseparable from the high-tech. To meet the expectations of the "advanced" travelers, the hotel chain Hyatt Hotels Corporation is preparing to commission a service called "virtual concierge."
The new service will appear in 60,000 rooms located in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean islands. "Virtual Concierge" will turn the TV into interactive entertainment centers that will provide access to hotels, local information, entertainment content and other features.
Technology Roomlinx Inc, on the basis of which created a "virtual concierge," received a fresh update. Now, guests can customize your own greeting, set to music or find online news, latest books or erotic lingerie (you never know what may be an urgent need during the holidays). In addition, the TV system of "virtual concierge" can work with documents, spreadsheets and presentations, well, and, of course, arrange contact with hotel services.
First, the service rated hotel guests in New York (hotels under the brand Andaz), New Orleans and Denver.
