Permira interested in buying a Vertu

Nokia is in talks to sell its British division Vertu financial group Permira. The transaction will involve about 200 million euros (265.19 million dollars), the newspaper writes Financial Times.

Related to the issue of sources report that a deal is a commercial bank Goldman Sachs. Vertu's and Permira could not comment on the situation. Another potential buyer Vertu is a financial services group EQT. However, negotiations with it until you progress, the report said.
