Mercedes Benz introduced a new A class

At the Geneva Motor Show, the automaker Mercedes-Benz showed a novelty - a hatchback A-class. Freshly car can be equipped with one of the six power units available on the market and it will appear this fall. The new car is based on an entirely new platform with front-wheel drive, which is equal to the length of 4292 mm, height - 1433 mm and its width is 1780 mm.

Initially, sales of new cars will be as much as six engines, three of which are diesel, and three - gasoline. The main will be installed on a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine developing a power of 122 hp
A200 engine gets the same amount, but with 150 horsepower and turbocharged hatchback A250 equipped with capacity 208 horsepower, the volume of which will amount to 2 liters. Diesel engines will be available in capacities ranging from 108 to 170 horsepower. Each of the motors can be operated in conjunction with the six "mechanics" or seven-speed automatic transmission.
