Toshiba showed a 13.3-inch tablet AT330-based Android ICS

Toshiba demonstrated a new Android-tablet at an event in Germany. New Toshiba AT330 and is running a mobile operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The device offers a large 13.3-inch multitouch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. However, the final resolution has not been officially confirmed. In addition, the tablet has a HDMI port and a slot for SD.

At this point the tablet is in the prototype stage. Information about when to officially announce the tablet, and how much it will cost yet.
