Audi takes on Ducati

After months of rumors and discussions, the German automaker Audi has officially confirmed the acquisition of Ducati Motor Holding SpA Held recently in Hamburg, the transaction will be completed in the near future.

Despite this, the first rumors suggest that Audi has paid approximately 680 million euros. This is an incredible scale of the deal, given the fact that the company has sold about 42.000 Ducati motorcycles, the income from which amounted to about 480 million euros.
